All patterns are fully tested and reviewed for errors before placing them on the market, however, there is no warranty, expressed or implied, with the purchase of the pattern. The Scissortail Quilting Company will not be liable for any claims, or incidental, consequential or other damages arising out of you, the buyer’s, use of Scissortail Quilting products. The content contained in the digital patterns sold on ScissortailQuilting.com, on Etsy.com, or through any third-party marketplace platform is the property of The Scissortail Quilting Company and my respective brand. This content is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. It is provided to you for your own personal use.

Personal Use Only. Accordingly, you agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content from the pattern, except for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may post creations made with the pattern onto public galleries or your personal blog, or submit creations to magazines or online publications, provided that Scissortail Quilting or Maria Gee and the pattern name are properly attributed and acknowledged. You are permitted to sell any quilt or item made with this pattern, provided that you only make the item one time. If you intend to mass produce and sell multiple quantities of our quilt design, please contact Scissortail Quilting to request permission for commercial use.

No Redistribution. You may not reproduce, repackage, or redistribute any of the content of a Scissortail Quilting pattern, in whole or in part, for any reason.

No Commercial Use. Patterns created by Scissortail Quilting are not intended to be used for commercial purposes. For example, you may not do any of the following: use the pattern to sell a product or service; use the pattern to increase traffic to your Web site for commercial reasons, such as advertising sales. Modifications of Terms

Scissortail Quilting shall have the right to modify the terms of this Agreement at any time, which modification shall be effective immediately and shall replace all prior Agreements.
