I want you to absolutely love any purchase you make from Scissortail Quilting. Please contact me if you have any problems with an order or any questions about a pattern that you purchase from me. You may contact me at any time using the contact form on this website.

All of the products on my site are digital downloads. Because of the nature of these items, and the risk of file sharing and copyright infringement, I can’t accept returns for digital items. This policy is necessary in order to protect my livelihood, but in the event you were unable to receive or download your digital product, I am happy to refund your money. In some situations, we may be able to arrange to have your pattern mailed to you via US Postal service. In that event, you may be requested to pay shipping costs.

• To fulfill your order
• For legal reasons (like paying taxes)
