A modern cutting device invented by the Olfa Company in 1979.  The rotary cutter has a handle on one end and a circular razor-sharp blade that rotates on an axle when the cutter is pushed forward. Cutters and blades come in various sizes and make quick work of cutting multiple layers of fabric quickly and accurately.
