Five Spot Quilt Block
Skill level: Intermediate
If you enjoy making Square-in-a-square units, this might end up being a favorite block. This block brings together the SNS units, half square triangles along with corner squares to create a lovely star containing a central diamond, surrounded by four diamonds — for a total of five diamonds. Thus, the name “Five spot.”
