King David’s Crown is a beautiful quilt block but can be a bit challenging to put together due to the small size of the quarter-square triangle units on the outside of the design. But the block is well worth the effort! Grouped together, the blocks create a very pleasing layout to the eye and you will notice that a secondary star design appears where four King David’s Crown blocks intersect.
